A great total body workout, the Pilates Mat work is the essence and foundation of the Pilates method; the Pilates Mat work will improve one’s core strength, trunk stability, flexibility, control, coordination, balance, posture and body awareness while flowing with precision from one exercise to the next. In our traditional Mat classes, clients will learn and perform the specialized Pilates exercises on a mat. Evolved Pilates Mat classes at Canyon Cove Pilates include Balls & Props Mat Classes and Rhythm Pilates Mat Classes for variation and added skill set.
